PPCG CASE
Huawei Shanghai Representative Office Office Building
Recently, the expansion project of Huawei Shanghai Representative Office office building, constructed by PPCG ,
has been successfully completed.
The project consists of 4 floors with a total area of approximately 8000 square meters.
PPCG not only completed the entire process from start-up to delivery in an ultra short period of 65 days,
but also set a new benchmark in the industry in terms of quality standards and environmental requirements.
As an old friend of PPCG, Huawei has collaborated on over 20 office space renovation projects before this project,
including key office spaces such as Huawei Fujian Provincial Office, Huawei Shanxi Provincial Office,
Huawei Jiangsu Provincial Office, Huawei Chongqing Provincial Office, and Huawei Yinchuan Representative Office. This time,
PPCG and Huawei have once again joined hands, relying on their solid construction experience and strict project control
capabilities to fulfill their quality commitments even within the maximum construction period!
01The Roman Forum
Shanghai style and modern 'cultural living room'
One of the biggest highlights of the project is undoubtedly the "Roman Square" open library on the 19th floor. Double layered open
space brings ultimate openness; Giant stone pillars, instantly transported back to ancient Roman times;
The gilded bookshelves on both sides are full of texture.
This open space cleverly integrates library, conference area, and salon relaxation functions, achieving free scene switching through
activity seats and lifting curtains, combining functionality and style.

Looking inward, there are over 1000 books filled with the fragrance of books; Looking out of the window, you can see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower
and the "three pieces" (the World Financial Center, Jinmao Tower, Shanghai center Tower) in Pudong. Corporate culture+urban culture, the 'cultural living room', truly lives up to its name.

Looking back at the construction process, the PPCG team also put a lot of effort into creating the 'Roman Square'. The 7.6m double layered void space poses certain challenges for construction operations, material selection, and component installation. For example, in terms of material usage, the walls of the bookshelves on both sides are made of natural stone, which is consistent in color with the giant stone pillars; The bookshelf is made of specially customized stainless steel plates, highlighting the golden feel.

The overall space is based on dark wood color, paired with metal elements such as gold, which not only breaks the dullness of the space, but also endows it with a modern and fashionable exquisite temperament,
interpreting Shanghai's unique Art Deco style.
02Self operated wood mill
Accurate color control achieves a seamless beauty in the space
In the field of public decoration, the color difference between wood veneer and furniture leads to the destruction of spatial texture, which is a common but difficult problem.
Different batches and types of wood often have differences in color and texture, which can easily cause visual fragmentation. PPCG relies on the advantages of self operated sawmills to achieve precise control from the source of materials to on-site construction, bidding farewell to the problem of color difference.

While strictly controlling costs, we ensure efficient implementation, ultimately presenting a high-end texture that seamlessly integrates walls and furniture, creating a harmonious, coherent, and high-quality office space.
03Strict homework standards
SGS certification passed once
At present, environmental protection and health have become the core demands of modern office spaces, and Huawei also has extremely high requirements for the health standards of office spaces.
Therefore, during the construction process of the project, the PPCG team strictly managed the construction according to international standards, controlled materials and processes throughout the process, and finally passed SGS authoritative testing in one go, demonstrating the excellent quality of the project in terms of environmental protection and health.

04Approaching 1:1 restoration
The design effect is stable and landing
In public decoration projects, the problem of "beautiful design drawings, collapsing on the ground" is also criticized
by many homeowners. How can we ensure the stable implementation of the project?
This is closely related to the team's construction technology, deepening design ability, project control ability, etc.
In this regard, PPCG has always been praised by the industry.
In the Huawei Shanghai representative office project, the PPCG team also achieved a nearly 1:1 restoration ratio.

The overall project effect and construction quality have been highly recognized by the owner, and this delivery can be regarded
as a high-quality project practice. In addition, based on outstanding performance in Huawei's Fujian Provincial Office and
Shanghai Representative Office projects,
PPCG team project manager Pu Heying was awarded the "Real Estate Engineering Quality Star" award by Huawei,
once again confirming PPCG's comprehensive strength in the field of high-end office space design and construction.
