Breaking Down the Smart Manufacturing Process
(1) Conduct detailed modeling with Rhino and Revit software based on renderings and construction drawings, produce processing drawings for each wooden component and assign a unique serial number to every wood panel.
(2) The factory proceeds with production in strict accordance with the processing drawings. Upon completion of finished wood components, 3D scanning acceptance is carried out. A deviation analysis report is generated by comparing the point cloud model with the BIM model. Finished products are approved for project acceptance only after meeting standard acceptance criteria.
(3) All finished components are transported to the construction site for assembly. Workers implement prefabricated installation strictly in accordance with the numbered list of wood components.
Aluminum Panel - Special-Shaped Smart Manufacturing
Breaking Down the Smart Manufacturing Process
(1) Carry out detailed modeling with Rhino software, extract curved surface data via Rhino + Grasshopper, produce processing drawings for each aluminum panel and assign a unique serial number to each panel.
(2) The factory arranges production according to processing drawings. After finished aluminum panels are manufactured, 3D scanning acceptance is conducted. A deviation analysis report is formed by comparing the point cloud model with the BIM model. Finished products can be taken over by the project only if they meet acceptance standards.
(3) Deliver components to the site for assembly, and workers carry out prefabricated installation according to the numbered list.
Steel Structure - Special-Shaped Smart Manufacturing
Breaking Down the Smart Manufacturing Process
(1) Modeling and detailed design are carried out via Revit software. During the confirmation of steel structure schemes, mechanical calculation is performed using the structural mechanics software MIDAS/Civil. Processing drawings will be generated upon confirmation.
(2) The factory arranges production according to processing drawings, and conducts acceptance inspection via 3D point cloud scanning after finished products are fabricated.
(3) Deviation analysis reports are generated by comparing the point cloud model with the BIM model. Finished products can be accepted only when meeting acceptance standards.
(4) Products are transported to the site for assembly, and workers conduct prefabricated installation in accordance with numbered lists.
GRG - Special-Shaped Smart Manufacturing
Breaking Down the Smart Manufacturing Process

(2) The factory arranges production based on processing drawings. After finished products are manufactured, 3D scanning inspection is performed, and a deviation analysis report is generated by comparing the point cloud model with the BIM model. The project can accept the finished products only when they meet the acceptance criteria.
(3) Transport components to the site for assembly, and workers complete prefabricated installation in accordance with the numbered list.
