01Design subtraction to professionally achieve high-quality implementation

The front desk is the first window for customers to understand the enterprise. It is not only a transition of space, but also a silent endorsement of the brand - from material selection to flow planning, from lighting atmosphere to artistic display, every detail conveys the professional height and cultural core of the enterprise. PPCG did not blindly follow the original design plan, but based on 27 years of high-end project experience, put forward 8 key optimization suggestions from the dimensions of functionality,visual experience, and brand expression. The final implementation effect was highly recognized by the owner.

In the original design plan, the "ribbon" design of the revolving staircase in the front hall appeared redundant, weakening the openness and lightness of the space, and lacking the atmospheric inclusiveness that the

 red circle should have. Therefore, after careful consideration, the PPCG design team and project team proposed to cancel the ribbon, and the adjusted rendering was highly recognized by the owner. 

The nearly 1:1 landing effect also confirmed PPCG's professionalism.

In addition to canceling the ribbon, PPCG also proposed several suggestions, including removing wall lines, adding acrylic to the 

top chandelier to enhance the sense of hierarchy, adding a global brand logo to the reception desk, and replacing floor tile

 materials, all of which were highly recognized by the owners.

minimalist legal aesthetic, and showcases the high-end temperament of the Red Circle Institute.

02Digitized construction of spiral stairs with an error of less than 1 millimeter

In the construction of office spaces, spiral staircases are not only functional transportation components, but also artistic focal points in the space. 

Their design and construction need to take into account aesthetics, structural safety, practicality, and economy.

In order to ensure that the curvature of the spiral staircase is error free, PPCG adopted digital construction technology and carried 

out a large amount of data collection work in the early stage. 

BIM technology was used to generate a digital model, which was then handed over to the factory for 1:1 layout and production.

Finally, the entire spiral staircase was divided into three sections and transported to the site. Workers and masters performed 

welding and assembly on site, as well as painting and spraying.

By relying on intelligent construction technology, the curvature of the spiral staircase was ultimately achieved with an accuracy of 1 millimeter, avoiding the risk of rework. The smooth curved geometric lines are highly aesthetically pleasing and become the visual focal point of the entire space.

It is worth mentioning that due to the use of intelligent construction technology, on-site assembly installation greatly saves construction time. And the factory can accurately layout production, reducing the waste of raw materials.The cost of only the spiral staircase has been reduced by about 30% compared to the market, saving a lot of costs for enterprises.

In addition, in order to present the luxurious texture of champagne gold on the steel staircase, PPCG used German parrot piano paint (paint suppliers for car brands such as Mercedes Benz and BMW), which has visible brightness, color, and texture to the naked eye. And the hardness of parrot piano paint is relatively high, with strong scratch resistance and excellent weather resistance, reducing the operation and maintenance pressureof enterprises and saving later operation and maintenance costs.

03Material 'Crazy Demon' saves enterprises over 25% of costs

Based on a self built professional material library accumulated over 27 years, PPCG optimizes material selection from multiple dimensions such as cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness, and durability in the use of materials.Suggestions for adjusting materials such as automatic doors and system partitions have been proposed, resulting in cost savings of over 25% for the enterprise compared to the same period last year.
