During the National Work Safety Month in June, to implement work safety initiatives, enhance employees 'safety awareness, and improve overall emergency response and occupational health protection capabilities, PPCG  collaborated with the Safety and Health Education Network to conduct emergency safety training sessions on June 5 for construction workers and on June 15 for office staff, thereby strengthening the foundation of the company's work safety management.

The construction site environment for public works projects is complex, posing multiple safety and occupational health risks during operations. Over the years, PPCG has consistently upheld its core philosophy of "safety first, people-oriented," integrating workplace safety and employee health management into both daily operations and the entire project lifecycle, while regularly conducting safety education and hazard identification programs. This specialized awareness campaign serves not only as a key initiative for the company to strengthen its primary responsibility for workplace safety but also as a concrete measure to safeguard employees' physical and mental well-being.

This educational campaign is closely aligned with the practical needs of positions in the public sector, focusing on three core areas: emergency first aid, chronic disease prevention, and occupational disease protection, demonstrating strong relevance and practicality. During the emergency first aid session, professional instructors from the Safety and Health Education Network utilized real accident cases to explain essential self-rescue and mutual rescue techniques such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), artificial respiration, and the Heimlich maneuver. Using CPR manikins for hands-on demonstrations, they detailed critical operational aspects including compression frequency and rescue posture, enabling employees to proficiently master emergency response skills for sudden incidents.

Given the characteristics of public facility maintenance roles, the instructor focused on analyzing prevalent occupational hazards such as construction dust and physical strain, disseminated maintenance protocols, assisted employees in recognizing health risks associated with their positions, and equipped them with scientific protective measures to mitigate occupational health injuries at the source.

The training venue exhibited a strong learning atmosphere, with participants attentively listening to lectures, observing practical demonstrations, and actively engaging in discussions on safety and health-related issues, demonstrating high enthusiasm for learning. All attendees acknowledged that this training effectively addressed their knowledge gaps, and the acquired skills could be directly applied in both professional and personal contexts.

Next, PPCG will leverage the Safety Production Month initiative to consistently uphold safety management standards, diversify safety training approaches, rigorously control construction site risks, and effectively safeguard the lives and health of all employees.
