On January 23, the Annual Leadership Forum CoreNet Global China Chapter successfully concluded at the Shangri-La Qiantan, Shanghai. Centered on the core theme of "Value Reconstruction: Resilience and Renewal of Corporate Real Estate," the summit focused on three key topics: digital transformation, spatial strategy innovation, and global trend insights. It attracted over 300 practitioners from hundreds of enterprises in the CRE and FM sectors.
